Ever been to a party where the caterer ran out of food? Yes? It's embarrassing to everyone involved, especially to you, the host. We are committed NOT to let that happen, ever! It is next to impossible to say exactly how much a group will eat. We overcome this by providing more. We always assume that there will be more people than expected. This allows for guests to have seconds, and many times thirds. The Bottom Line: We would rather hear you say you had too much than not enough!

Service & Experience

You, the customer, are the life blood of our business. We hate to say no. A member of our family is almost always present at full service events to ensure the job is done correctly. We never pass you off to a sales person, to the catering manager, to the banquet captain, etc. We assume personal responsibility for all events, in the first person! Our catering staff has been with us for many years. They are just like family, not to mention professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and not stuffy. We know how to adapt to many situations. We tend to know the surprises before they happen.
The Bottom Line:  If we do not give you a 110% effort, we have not earned your business
