Pasta Bar:
This Buffet is the perfect selection for the group looking
to please everyone—it comes with spiral noodles, four
types of sauces, garlic bread and a great Caesar salad
Taco Bar:
This Buffet is a great choice at a great price!!! It comes
with both hard and soft shells, seasoned beef and
chicken, homemade Spanish-rice, refried beans and
chips n’ salsa (not to mention all the fixin’s for a great
taco)
Chicken Options:
We are always looking for new and exciting ways to
prepare dishes but we have mastered the following:
Chicken primavera, chicken parmesan, chicken divan,
lemon-peppered chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleus as well
as chicken cacciatore. All of these buffets come with
your choice of starch, freshly steamed veggies and a great
starter salad with your choice of dressing.

Here we offer a slow-roasted prime rib, cooked to temp
Ribeyes or a tender pubsteak with a mushroom gravy sauce.

A great summer option—We slow cook and hand-pull
each roast to ensure quality. This buffet is best served

Assorted Wraps and Sandwiches:
A lineup with endless choices—You can pick and
choose from our in-house selection or create your own
perfect combination. These buffets are usually best
sided with potato chips and veggie or cheese n’ cracker
trays
